With life moving so fast and the new reality l’m creating of simplicity, I wanted to honor this entire journey by celebrating the “smaller” moments in life.

For years I have been conscious about what products I put on my body and in my home. Since moving off-grid, I have taken this to a new level of consciousness because I realize that I was disregarding some of my footprint in the city because sadly; the standards of the city were so low and dangerously toxic.

There is something about a warm peach cobbler or galette that signifies fall in the middle peach season here.
